Shot in Slovenia in October 2006. The Bled Region is situated in the heart of the Slovanian Alpine regine with Mt. Triglav of the Julian Alps looming over the valley. The rivers Sava Bohinjka and Radovna made their way to the center of the region - Lake Bled. Surrounded by green countryside, highly arable land, lush pastures and forests and rivers rich in fish, it was settled in the early Middle Ages. Bled rose from historic anonymity in 1004 when it was assigned to the Brixen Church by King Henry II. Bled Castle was first mentioned in 1011. Bled is today a very touristic city attracting travelers from all over the world.
