Jerusalem, Israel. 17th April, 2019. Israeli President REUVEN RIVLIN (R) makes an address after signing a letter of appointment tasking incumbent Prime Minister BENJAMIN NETANYAHU (L) with formation of the next coalition government following April 9th, 2019 elections. Netanyahu's Likud party won 35 of 120 parliament seats in a tie with Blue and White party but has best chance to succeed in forming a coalition based on President's consultations with representatives of all elected parties.
