Jerusalem’s City Hall at Safra Square hosts an outdoor exhibition of the Lonka Project, an international collaboration photographic tribute to the last Holocaust survivors among us today, initiated In Jerusalem by Jim Hollander and Rina Castelnuovo. Throughout 2019 some 250 professional photographers, in 26 countries, each captured a Holocaust survivor in the context that makes a memorable statement about their lives. The exhibition was launched in January 2020 marking the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz.
