The Igreja do Carmo, Church of Our Lady of Carmo, was built between 1756 and 1768 in the rococo or late Baroque style. The Igreja do Carmo has an outstanding azulejo (blue painted tiles) covered exterior with the azulejos added in 1912 depicting scenes of the founding of the Carmelite Order and Mount Carmel.
A city scape of Porto depicts typical red roofed houses and the Se do Porto, the Porto Cathedral.
